Early-Bird registration discounts:

The Early-Bird registration is available until February 1, 2009.
We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to secure your discounted SYTAR 2009 registration.

Payment methods:

On line registration allows you to pay via credit card through our secure server. Payment can be made with Visa, Master Card and American Express or check. Check payment must be received within two weeks of your registration. You will be notified of the receipt of your payment. If you provided us with a valid email address you will receive e-mail confirmation of your SYTAR 2009 registration.

Cancellation policy:

If you must cancel for any reason, please notify us by email to registration@sytar.org
by January 15, 2009. Your registration fee will be refunded, minus a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be made after January 15, 2009. Substitutions (transfer of your registration to another person) may be made by email (registration@sytar.org)

Spousal registration:

A person accompanying you may attend the meals and special events of the SYTAR 2009 as an 'accompanying person'. The cost to register as an 'accompanying person' is $250 and includes: Thursday night opening and welcome reception; breakfasts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday; lunches on Friday and Saturday; morning and afternoon coffee breaks on Friday and Saturday and access to the exhibit hall. Not included in the 'accompanying person' pass is access to any part of the workshops, main sessions, practices sessions, private luncheons with the speakers or the Friday evening social event. Also not included is a SYTAR 2009 tote bag or any parking cost.
